Sightline Concepts is a veteran-founded, NYC-based company specialising in professional surveillance, enterprise networking, access control, and smart-home integration — vendor-certified across the leading platforms.
Our founder brings a decades-long background in law enforcement and intelligence — including active service with the NYPD Intelligence Bureau — and built this company to apply the same rigour and operational thinking to civilian security infrastructure.
We don't install gear and disappear. Every system is engineered to be clean, maintainable, and supported for the long term. When something breaks, we pick up the phone.
UniFi is our preferred backbone — its single-pane management makes it the cleanest way to unify surveillance, networking, and access for clients who want one system to operate. But we're equally fluent in Hikvision and Axis surveillance, Brivo and Openpath access, and Lutron, Control4, and Savant automation. The right platform depends on the project, the budget, and what already exists on site.

Remote monitoring, firmware management, and a real human to call — for as long as you own the system. We don't disappear after the invoice is paid.
